Each December the Festival of Lights at Paul Hopkins Park brings visitors into Dickinson from well beyond the city, and the Holiday Kickoff and tree lighting at Legacy Square add crowds of their own. For a restaurant, a shop or an office near those events, it's the busiest stretch of evening traffic all year, and a dark frontage stands out for the wrong reason.
Dickinson is also a young, growing city of around 21,000 to 22,000 people, with newer subdivisions whose entrances and common areas need lighting that stays consistent from one end to the other. We look at each property in person, then send a written proposal so the owner, property manager or HOA board can sign off on exactly what's going up and what it costs.
Installs are scheduled around your hours, not ours, and the crew works around deliveries and staff parking. If you want a look that lasts past the holidays, multi-holiday packages are available too.
