Independence Park's 43 acres are known for their mature oaks around a lake, and that same kind of tree cover runs through many established east Pearland properties. A decades-old oak there can be taller and wider than the house beside it, and lighting it properly means working from a lift rather than a ladder.
West Pearland is younger. Communities like Shadow Creek Ranch and Silverlake were planted more recently, so their trees are usually smaller and quicker to wrap, often in rows along entries and walkways. We assess each tree individually, whichever side of the city you're on.
Our Pearland schedule fills early every season. If you want a tree lit in time for Hometown Christmas and the Tree Lighting at Independence Park, request your consultation early, and mention any roofline work so we can plan it for the same visit.
