Storefront palms in a commercial city
Webster covers just 6.6 square miles, but it's one of the most commercial cities we serve: Baybrook Mall, the I-45 corridor, a concentration of hotels, and Space Center Houston about two miles east. Palms at a retail entrance, a hotel's front drive or a landscaped business median are seen by customers and guests every day, which is why a permanent, app-controlled system often makes more sense here than a six-week seasonal wrap.
Commercial palm installs are scheduled around your operating hours, so the crew isn't working through deliveries or your busiest times. If part of a lit storefront palm goes dark during the holiday shopping season, in-season maintenance is included, and a repair is scheduled around your hours just like the install.
Webster isn't only storefronts. Edgewater, a 538-acre master-planned community along Clear Creek, is a real residential pocket inside the city, and a palm at an Edgewater home gets the same design-first approach as any residential property. Webster has no large city-run holiday parade of its own, so residential timing simply follows when you want the lights up.
